Step 1 of the Mentor process allows you to enter the administrative data needed to produce the vaccination audit. For age, you can either enter:
- the date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy (you can type the date with or without the “/”). The age is then automatically calculated and displayed below;
or
- the age in years, months, or weeks: the date of birth is then automatically calculated and displayed above.
Then enter:
- the sex;
- and finally, the postal code of residence.
The three pieces of information entered in this first form are essential to obtain a basic vaccination audit: which vaccines are necessary depending on age, sex, and place of residence. But to go further, it is necessary to complete the health profile, which makes it possible to take into account occupation, medical history, and many other parameters that refine the vaccination audit and specify any possible contraindications. Finally, entering the vaccination history allows for an even more precise audit: which vaccines need to be administered and within what timeframe, which diseases are already covered by protection, and which vaccines may be contraindicated.
Once this first form is completed, click on the “Next” button to validate it and proceed to Step 2: Travel.
