Mentor is an anonymous vaccination audit tool based on the Unified Nomenclature of Vaccines (NUVA) and on the exclusive Vaccination Decision Support System (SADV) of MesVaccins.net. This combination offers the following advantages:
- Fast audit without prior entry of the requester’s identity: only age, sex, and municipality of residence are required, as they directly impact the result of the vaccination audit;
- Decision support in compliance with regulatory texts, responsive (within 48 hours following the publication of a recommendation), reasoned and referenced, taking into account vaccination history, possible travel, patient characteristics, and context (e.g., vaccine shortage);
- Vaccine safety alerts (vaccine expiration, stock shortage, contraindication);
- Determination of vaccination eligibility based on patient characteristics (pregnancy, chronic conditions, medical history, living and working conditions, close contacts…);
- Consideration of vaccination recommendations for travelers (according to country, duration, and conditions of stay), including multi-destination travel;
